Economy Heating and Air Conditioning Service, Inc. started serving Mooresville, IN. and surrounding area’s HVAC needs November 26, 1976.  Our father, Jerry Woods, started this business on the premise that quality workmanship could be completed honestly, in a timely manner, and at a reasonable price.  

Many things have changed in the heating and cooling industry over the years. The evolution of furnaces and air conditioners from the large, noisy, and inefficient equipment of years gone by to the complex, high-efficient systems of today require us to spend many hours in training each year.  This training allows us to remain on the cutting edge of comfort and reliability.  

Whether we are performing preventative maintenance to keep your heating and cooling equipment operating at peak efficiency, repairing a malfunctioning unit, or installing a new comfort system for you; it is our goal to complete these tasks correctly the first time.  Although very important, “correctly the first time” does not mean just to repair it correctly; it means we promise to show you and your home the respect that you deserve.  When you call our office, you deserve to have our full attention.  When you schedule an appointment, you deserve for us to arrive when promised.  If some unforeseen obstacle prevents that, you deserve a phone call.  When we arrive at your home, you deserve for us to be clean and polite.  When we perform a diagnostic service, you deserve to be informed of that diagnosis and be given an estimate for the cost of that repair.  You also deserve to have every aspect of the needed repair explained to you.  When we make a repair, you deserve for that repair to be performed thoroughly.  Being thorough includes replacing only the defective parts, correctly installing the proper materials, and cleaning up afterward.  When we are complete, you deserve to be advised of anything that can help you be more comfortable in your home, or help your system be more efficient and last longer.  In short, attention to every detail is very important to us.  Although dad has retired, we still abide by these simple rules that he has instilled in us over the years.
