We have a maintenance plan with Economy. I was off today and called to get that scheduled. To my surprise, they were able to fit me in today. 1 that was awesome so I didn’t have to take another day off. Mike was the gentleman that came out and did the service. He was on time, professional, showed me how to do the Trane Home app, and checked / cleaned everything! Talk about customer service. Mike made me feel like I was talking to an old friend. Thank you

Economy Heating and Air Conditioning, out of Mooresville, Indiana, is always my go to when I have HVAC or air-conditioning issues. I have had them service my unit for over 20 years. I purchased a new unit from them about 10 years ago. This is a family operated business who hires really great workers that are knowledgeable, kind, courteous, and truthful.
I would recommend them to anyone with any HVAC or air-conditioning problem or for maintaining your unit. Avery was our professional who came in this month and did our Spring maintenance. We do have a maintenance plan, which is also great. I highly recommend them!

We have used Economy several times from servicing our sump pump, water heater and our furnace, because we have an older home. I do not respect nor like being disrespected especially from the brat that answers that phone and Port crane New York and the delivery guy writing a book on the ticket of how my pine trees are in his way that he can’t pull out of my driveway it has absolutely nothing to do with my pine trees there’s a curve in the highway you edge out with common sense and it’s really kind of ironic that I had my boiler completely tuned up not even a year ago that I have a big charcoal thing on the eye almost like I got a delivery of dirty oil

Jeff is always on time and knowledgeable with our Williams wall unit. Today he brought Avery which he was also very professional and personable which is not always easy. As someone who goes into homes daily my self I know how hard it can be to just connect with people sometimes but also be authentic. They was both very aware of the snow and any mess they might make and kept everything clean. 5 stars everytime Furnace going and everyone’s happy! ✨️

I was looking for a full Heat Pump system replacement for my failing 18 year old unit. Economy HVAC was quick to send a tech out to evaluate my current system and concurred that it was time to replace rather than repair. They worked fast knowing I was without primary heat and had me scheduled for replacement as soon as they could.
The install went great, all the techs were professional and polite. I feel confident they have installed a system that will keep my family and I comfortable for years to come.

We have been using Stevenson HVAC for a number of years and have been very happy with their service. When it came time for a water heater we wanted a tankless system. Water heaters always go bad at the worst time and this time was no exception. They really went above and beyond to get the system installed and we’re very happy with the results.

Economy HVAC recently upgraded our electric furnace with an A/C condenser to a high efficiency Heat Pump System. The crew arrived when they were scheduled to arrive and worked way past a normal work day in order to ensure the new system was operating correctly. They worked consistently and diligently to ensure a timely install. The crew cleaned up after themselves and the install and upgrade was perfect. Thank you Economy!

The installers were out of this world. I didn’t have an easy install and not once did they complain. They were here way pass a normal work day. I called Economy originally for my ac not working. They weren’t the contractor that installed it. It was 21 years old. They were out at my home in like less than 45 minutes. The repair gentleman was awesome. Explained my issue. Gave me the option to fix it. I decided not to invest into a 21 year old obsolete system. I chose Economy not because they were the cheapest, they weren’t, because of the way they treated me. I believe this will be a great relationship.

Economy installed a new Trane A/C, Furnace, and Filter System. Great experience from quote to installation. With the recent heatwave, they provided portable A/C units for us while we waited on the installation. The installation crew had decades of experience and were very friendly and helpful on the setup. They left the area in our garage cleaner than when they found it. Would highly recommend Economy.

We realized late Monday night that our air conditioner wasn’t producing cold air and we called Economy that night, after trying to troubleshoot the problem.
Jason came out the next day and found that the starting capacitor on the air conditioner was working and got our HVAC system up and running in no time! We are very thankful for their quick response and expertise.

Devon and his helper installed a new tankless hot water heater last week and a new stainless steel sink this week. I have appreciated their help several times in the past when they provided quality work at a fair price on several other projects. They promptly responded to assess the current situation and submitted an estimate for the work. I accepted the terms and scheduled the installation.
Devin and Isaac arrived on time and completed the project within the timeframe they had given me. Economy is a great local company. They are staffed by honest professionals who know their work. Our 40+ year old AC system finally bit the dust (which ironically was also installed by Economy), so naturally we called them to install the new one. Matt, Jake, and Mark came out on a balmy 95 degree day, and did an outstanding job. They brought everything up to code, and made sure everything was sealed properly and secure.
